3-Day Sleep Solution will refund 100%
of the purchase price minus any and all
shipping and handling cost.
You should contact our Customer Support
Center at customersupport@3daysleep.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization
number (RMA). Our customer service agents
will be able to help you through the
process through and obtain your RMA number
so you may return your product.
You are responsible for one-way shipping
charges. Products must be shipped to
3-Day Sleep’s designated Return
Center by using a track-able shipping
method along with 100% of the content
packaged appropriately for a safe shipment.
3-Day Sleep Solution may reject returns
if the following conditions are not met:
- Received without an appropriate RMA
number
- Customer products that are missing
any content
Upon receipt at the designated 3-Day
Sleep Return Center, with the correct
information, such as the RMA#, 3-Day
Sleep will refund the purchase price
of your product. All refunds should take
up to 10-15 working business days.
